Shipping
All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) and typically take 3-5 business days to process. Custom orders can take up to 1 week to ship. If you need a piece by a specific date please let me know.
Exchanges/ Returns
We currently do not accept exchanges or returns. All sales are final.
However, under the condition that you receive a damaged or defective piece, we will offer an exchange for the same item. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery and we will be glad to assist you. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
